The DWP required improved processes and systems for managing records pertaining to unemployment. Mauva joined the team to develop an automated, web-based, integrated unemployment portal. As a result of her expert analysis and process driven activities, she succeeded in achieving multi-million pound savings, improved data flow and optimised efficiency.


DEFRA was implementing a government led web based digitising and payment system. Mauva was engaged to lead proof-of-concept and requirement gathering, in a regulated Agile/Scrum environment. She succeeded in delivering as part of an iterative roadmap, and agreed the minimum viable product which met all business and regulatory requirements.
